March 17, 2011: Day at the Capitol

Hunting Works for North Dakota held our Day at the Capitol on Thursday, March 17th. We displayed signs and brochures in Legislative Hall (in the Capitol Building) just outside the Senate and House Chambers. We had partners on hand to discuss with legislators the importance of hunting to local communities. Almost every legislator attended our “wild game lunch” in addition to the Governor, Lt. Governor, and Game and Fish Director.
